How Did CX Singapore Came About...

CX SG was born out of a collective passion by a few CX veterans and thought leaders who believe that Singapore is ready for a massive CX transformation in this VUCA business era.

Over a dinner not too long ago, we decided to start a community, based on three core tenets…

✓ Building and sharing learnings with a network of CX enthusiasts. We aim to create a thriving community that learns together through events, mentoring, and open collaboration.

✓ Providing an opportunity to influence and lead the community with your brand.

✓ Giving back to the community. The chapter will create initiatives to elevate CX expertise more broadly, such as public outreach, partnerships, and for the public good.
